Returns

Koncept Fitwear aims to offer products that you love. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the product and receive a full refund or exchange the product for an item of the same value. 

Return and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase and the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. All items must be unused, in the same condition and packaging it was purchased in.

Refunds will be processed once we receive the item and will be refunded the same way the purchase was made (ie. credit card or PayPal.) It will take 5 – 10 business days for the refund to be seen on your bank statement and PayPal refunds will be seen within 1 business day.

Sale items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. This includes sale items purchased on Black Friday or any other flash sale.
