1. Polyester / spandex blend
2. Machine wash cold with similar items
3. Do not use fabric softener
4. Do not tumble dry

Excellent shorts for CrossFit!

I love these shorts in Black as they go with everything. The construction and quality is excellent. I would size down however because the medium size fits very big and long. I'm 6"1, 84kg and they felt too big for me. Size small was perfect!
